Our commitment to making this website accessible to everyone
Eller, s.r.o. wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, operate a computer with the keyboard only, magnify the screen or use other assistive technologies. This statement applies to www.eller.cz and www.eller.com.
Compliance status
The web pages of this website fully conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This also covers level AA of WCAG 2.1, which the European standard EN 301 549 requires. The exception below concerns content that is not part of the web pages themselves.
Content that is not fully accessible
The PDF brochures and white papers available for download are not tagged for assistive technologies, so screen readers may not read them in the correct order. Their key information is also presented on the corresponding web pages, and on request we will gladly send you their content in an accessible form.
Accessibility features
- All pages can be used with the keyboard alone; a "Skip to main content" link and a clearly visible focus indicator help with navigation.
- Text and controls meet the contrast requirements in both the light and the dark colour scheme, which follows the setting of your device.
- Pages adapt to small screens and to zoom of up to 400 % without horizontal scrolling.
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative images and icons are hidden from screen readers. Headings, page regions and form labels are marked up so that assistive technologies can navigate them.
- The slideshow on the home page holds its current slide while the mouse pointer rests on it. A pause button stops the slideshow and its silent background video at any time; it is available to screen readers and appears when you reach it with the keyboard. When your system is set to reduce motion, decorative scroll animations are switched off.
- Pop-up dialogs can be closed with the Escape key, and keyboard focus stays inside them while they are open.
How we tested
We assessed the website on 9 October 2026: automated testing with axe-core of every page in both languages, in the light and the dark colour scheme and at desktop and mobile widths, followed by manual keyboard testing, checks at 320 px width and 400 % zoom, and contrast measurements of text placed over photographs.
